Time Out Tai Chi has been developed by Balance Minder with a focus on exercise for mental wellbeing.
Deeply grounded in Tai Chi and using a mixture of traditional Tai Chi principles in combination with modern fitness practices, Time Out Tai Chi is an inclusive exercise for relaxation.
A class is held each Monday evening 5.15pm at Bluewater Quay and is Free as it is brought to you by Mackay City Centre through Active in the City.
Please wear cool comfortable clothing allowing for the outside environment and bring a water bottle.
