How to get the most from this course
Visit the “My Courses” page.
Here you will see three courses to which you have access.
Start with the Learning Module.
Then, select your preferred course, depending on whether you prefer to exercise from a standing, or seated position. For standing, complete the On Your Feet course. For seated, complete the Off Your Feet course.
The courses are designed to be completed in order for the first 4-weeks. After this, you will have continued access until your membership expires. We recommend you revisit lessons and topics to ensure you achieve maximum benefit from the Balance Minder Programs.
