This a real hands-on recipe for all the family. Kids get to explore the textures of the vegetables and the meat, the gooeyness of the egg and the silky feel of the fresh breadcrumbs as they roll up the balls. Older children can start exploring workplace health and safety using the grater and the knife. Cooking is a fun task for a group as conversation and laughter become the extra ingredients to a tasty meal.
