A very simple replacement for takeaway.  I don’t put the milk or yogurt in it and it is still great.  Serving with toast fingers is a delightful way to finish the weekend.


Pumpkin peeled and diced
Potatoes diced
Onion diced or shallots thinly sliced
Ginger pinch
Nutmeg pinch
Chicken or vegetable stock
Sale and pepper


Mash up with cooked and add some milk or yoghurt
