What is the Time Out Tai Chi?

Our courses are not traditional Tai Chi programs. Balance Minder has designed Time Out Tai Chi to fit with modern life.

Using a mixture of traditional Tai Chi practices in combination with modern fitness, it will strengthen the body and the mind.

This course is designed for time poor people wishing to exercise in a gentle and relaxing way.
