Easy to make and easy on the waist line. Important for all of us who spend time in meetings.

1/4 cup popping corn
1/4 cup dried apricots, chopped
1/4 cup dried apple, chopped
1/2 cup sultanas

Pop the corn
in a microwave safe dish on HIGH for 4 minutes (do no leave unattended)
or cook in a frypan or saucepan. (check the pack for details)
Allow the popcorn to rest for 1 minute and then add the chopped dried fruit.
This makes about 3 cups. I just make more popcorn and add to the mix to make it go futher.

Serve in small paperbags or even in coffee cups. Keep in simple for success!
