I love these little pots of deliciousness, they are a great replacement for ice cream and pudding.
You can put this all in one jar or share it out over a few (3 works for me). This works best if you can leave it overnight.

Ingredients:

2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
1/2 cup (125ml) of milk (for Non-dairy,I have used almond and coconut and both are yummy)
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
Plus
1/2 tablespoon of berries (fresh or frozen) per jar.
Method:
Put the first 4 ingredients in a bowl and give a good whisk. Share evenly into your jars (if you are using only one, just put it straight into this and shake)
Now add the berries and give a little stir.
Cover the jars with a lid or seal with wrap.
Put in the fridge overnight.

Serve in the jar with some more fruit if you have some.
Great for breakfast on the run.
