Making the virtual world accessible to all – the Balance Minder Way…

For the on-demand videos you need a device with access to the internet and able to play videos.

For Virtual LIVE the device requires access to the internet,  a camera, speaker and microphone.

The best part is you can use mutiple devices depending on your situation at the time.

The best thing to do is have a go.  If technology isn’t your “thing” it maybe now is the the time to make the change and embrace it.

For beginners we recommend an ipad or tablet.
