Introduction:

Balance Minder has been improving the health and wellness of individuals and organisations for more than 10 years, through a collaborative approach with a focus on mental well– being.


Company Snapshot:

Balance Minder is a web based and face to face collaborative wellness provider, specialising in programs which promote positive physical and mental well-being, build community resilience, and make organisations a happier and healthier place to work.

Leanne Simpson is the founder of Balance Minder and has more than 25 years’ experience educating, coaching and researching in areas of communication, business, hospitality, technology, health, fitness and well-being.

Through her online training portal,  Leanne uses her formal qualifications in Personal Training, Wellness Coaching and Training and Assessment to guide her clients on a journey to optimal wellness.

Core Competencies:

Development & delivery of Face2Face and online selfcare and corporate wellness programs. Training College for Time Out Tai Chi (AUSactive CEC registered and approved program)
