Make this in a travel bowl or jar for food on the run.  An excellent morning tea.

Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats
200g tub reduced-fat natural yoghurt
250ml apple juice
125ml water
1/2 cup sultanas
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon or nutmeg
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
2 apples

Method

Combine all ingredients except for the apple and nuts (if using) in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

When ready to eat, add the nuts and grate and add the apple. Mix thoroughly and serve.
