Here is a quick and healthy dessert for our banana lovers, I have also used mango cheeks and sliced apple.
All taste yummy!

Ingredients

Banana
Cinnamon
Brown sugar
Yogurt or custard to serve

Method

Place banana in baking paper,
sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon,
made into a parcel
and place in fry-pan with lid on or on the BBQ.
Turn over half way through cooking process. (you want them, just soft)
Open the parcel, being careful not to burn yourself with the steam
Serve with yogurt or custard.
