Debbie Dreaver  – Talent Specialist

Debbie is an experienced Talent Specialist and the Principal of Debbie Dreaver HR. Debbie brings more than 30 years of experience from working in the Banking, Finance and Accounting sectors as well as hands on experience working with individuals, job seekers and employers in Regional Queensland.

Debbie is passionate about helping people find and tell their story towards a mentally healthy life and a rewarding career. She is committed to recognising key talents of job seekers and assisting businesses in recruiting and managing people for positive outcomes.

Debbie holds a Diploma of Human Resources and Certificate IV in Training & Assessment. She is a Certified Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), Accredited Extended DISC Practitioner and member of the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association of Australia, Chamber of Commerce & Industry QLD, Capricornia Chamber of Commerce, Regional Women’s Network CQ and Qld Rural, Regional and Remote Women’s Network.

In 2018, Debbie extended her service offerings to the on-line training space, developing and offering both individual and corporate Talent training programs as part of her ‘Value YOUR Talent Series’.

The Value YOUR Talent Series has been designed to assist both Individuals and Employers recognise and value the Talents of themselves and others.
Value YOUR Talent has 2 streams – Individual and Corporate.

Individual Stream

Whether finding your place in the world or looking for a fulfilling job, valuing your talent has a positive impact on mental health and general well-being. Choose from a Personal or Career program.

Value YOUR Story

Follow along with this program on a journey of self-awareness to Find YOUR Story by clarifying and recognising your unique Talents. Your Talent Statement will give you the confidence to share and TELL your Personal Story.

 

Value YOUR Career Story

This 2nd program of the Individual Stream helps you Find YOUR Career Story by identifying your Key Talents and Strengths. By considering your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities this program will build the foundation of a Professional Resume and let you Tell YOUR Career Story.

Corporate Stream

The Value Your Talent Corporate program looks at Talent from a human capital perspective. The program allows employers to recognise and value the talent of existing and potential employees and the alignment of values to ensure a Mentally Healthy workplace.
